Historic 9th Children’s Torah Welcomed at the Kosel

Tens of thousands of chassidim packed the Kosel Plaza on Monday, Chof Av, for the historic siyum of the ninth Sefer Torah for Yaldei Yisroel, written at the request of the Rebbe. Camps, bochurim, Anash, families, shluchim, and thousands of non-Lubavitchers alike came from across Eretz Yisroel to take part, in keeping with the Rebbe’s heartfelt request that everyone join in the siyum.
