Fourteen Bochurim in Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim of Moscow, had their final Smicha test by Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar and Rabbi Yitzchak Yehuda Yeruslavsky. Afterward, the Bochurim received their certificates.
