Gan Yisroel of Crown Heights boy’s day camp announced that they will be opening for their ninth summer, and announced this summer’s head staff.
Gan Yisroel of Crown Heights boy’s day camp is happy to announce that it will be opening for its ninth summer. Running out of Yeshiva Darchei Menachem’s premises, Gan Yisroel campers come from literally all of the neighborhood yeshivas and many other schools and preschools.
The staff this year is greatly expanded to give the children improved safety, content, and fun!
The Head Counselor of the older division is Rabbi Nosson Kuperman, returning from two summers ago, and the Head Counselor of the younger division is Morah Anat Ohana, returning for her fourth year. Also returning is Rabbi Yisroel Abramson as assistant Head Counselor.
Joining them are Program Director, Rabbi Dovid Kastel, Staff Coordinator, Rabbi Boruch Rosenfeld, Activity Director Rabbi Shmuly Kasowitz, and Sports Director Dovid Braslawsce.
Besides for learning, sports, crafts and trips, Gan Yisroel offers opportunities for special activities, such as bike and scooter trips, nature programming, occasional night activities, lots of individualized attention, and optional father-son camping trips.
Transportation is provided (from Crown Heights and East Flatbush), as are breakfast and lunch. Accepting campers ages 3 – 12.
