The first day at Cheder Chabad of Monsey was marked with a celebration of sorts, as the boys and teachers expressed their excitement to be back after many long months.

At the entrance to the schools, the boys were greeted with a balloon arch and music. In each classroom, teachers welcomed each student with a smile and an individually wrapped treat.

Health guidelines were strictly kept to as well, with temperature checks before entering the building, masks for everyone inside the building, and plexiglass panels on each desk.
