Yagdil Torah’s New Heichal HaLimud Reaches Tipping Point

Yagdil Torah supports the learning of over 450 neshamos every day, 12,000 hours spent learning every month, for some 4,000 people every year – and the demand is growing.

To meet the potential of growth in Torah learning, Yagdil Torah opened the doors of their new Heichal haLimud on President Street last Kislev.

Yagdil Torah supports the learning of over 450 neshamos every day, 12,000 hours spent learning every month, for some 4,000 people every year – and the demand is growing.

This new Heichal is still in its infancy. There is much work to be done to develop the center into a powerful site of Torah study. The beginning of this Torah center is not just the starting point: it’s the tipping point.

To ensure the success of the new Heichal, Yagdil Torah is kicking off a crowdfunding campaign to raise $118,000 this Monday September 12th. Over the course of a week, Yagdil aims to secure the future of this newest center on behalf of the Anash community. The Rebbe’s directives to his chassidim were clear: a daily seder of limud haTorah is bringing Moshiach closer every second. Yagdil Torah is here to enable anyone and everyone to learn Torah at nearly any hour of the day.

Throughout the years, many who frequent Yagdil Torah have noted the tremendous impact this institution has had in their lives. They agree, learning at Yagdil Torah has greatly increased the amount of time they spend learning regularly. More importantly, many participants have seen a significant increase in the depth and quality of their learning when they come to learn in Yagdil Torah.

The Heichal HaLimud is the critical infrastructure that enables thousands of members of the Crown Heights community to continue the invaluable mitzvah of regular limud haTorah – and the Heichal is in its most vulnerable state.

Without the new Heichal, many chassidim will not be able to access an environment conducive to consistent learning. This Torah center must thrive!

Last year, Crown Heights came together to light the spark.

Now, as we head into the New Year, Yagdil seeks to fan the flames into a beacon of Torah learning!
