Family, friends and admirers gathered to write the final letters in the new Sefer Torah dedicated Monday in memory of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Groner a”h, the Rebbe’s dedicated mazkir of over 40 years.
Writing of the final letters in the new Sefer Torah took place at 1612 Carroll Street (The Baumgarten Shul).
The siyum was followed by joyous dancing through the streets of Crown Heights and hakafos at 770 Eastern Parkway.
