The Satmar Rebbe, Rabbi Aharon Teitelbaum, held a small l’chaim at Chabad of Palm Springs, California, on Chof Daled Teves, the yahrtzeit of the Alter Rebbe.

Chabad of Bondi will be hosting a large-scale Shloshim memorial event in memory of the 15 victims of the Chanukah massacre, which tragically included two of Chabad Bondi’s shluchim as well as many of the community’s pillars of support, HYD.

Rabbi Yossi Rapp of Chabad Air and Rabbi Mendy Carlebach of New Jersey presented Sgt. David Zuckerberg of the Port Authority Police Department with a pair of tefillin at their JFK command. Zuckerberg’s father, a retired lieutenant of the PAPD, also wrapped tefillin for the first time.
NYPD Deputy Chief Richard S. Taylor was seen being filmed outside 770, together with Rabbi Shimon Rivkin, director of CTeen, sparking interest and speculation about what’s coming next.
