Sunday: Grand Opening for New Nosson’s Shul

Nosson’s Shul of Crown Heights invites the entire community to join the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of their new Shul and community center, on Sunday, Erev Chanuka.

Nosson’s Shul of Crown Heights will be holding a grand opening celebration for their new Shul and community center on Sunday, Erev Chanuka, November 28.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony and kvius mezuza will take place on Sunday, 24 Kislev, at the new Nosson Shul and community center, located at 579 Brooklyn Ave.

The official program will begin at 4:00 PM, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony and kvius mezuza. A grand menorah lighting with dancing, donuts latkes, and Chanuka gelt will be at 4:45 PM.

The 5000 square-foot corner property, on Brooklyn and Midwood, will house a gorgeous Shul, educational classrooms for Shiurim and children’s programs, a comfortable social hall, kitchen, library, and play areas. The space also boasts on-site parking.

Nosson’s Shul was established 11 years ago in the memory of Nosson Deitch a”h. In the years since, it has grown, under the leadership of Rabbi Chaim Yisroel Wilhelm, and Shul President Mendy Wilhelm, to be a pride of the entire Crown Heights community.
