The Chabad community of S. Paulo, Brazil, gathered with the bochurim from the local yeshiva on Tuesday night at Cong. Tiferet Lubavitch for a screening of the Rebbe’s farbrengen with Portuguese subtitles, followed by a farbrengen with Rabbi Shammai Ende.
The Farbrengen of 12 Tammuz 5745 was newly subtitled in Portuguese by professional translator and shliach at Beit Lubavitch Rio de Janeiro Rabbi Avrohom Tsvi Beuthner and was published in time for Gimmul Tammuz.
The Project was sponsored by an anonymous donor to strengthen the hiskashrus of the bochurim in the Yeshiva and Anash in Brazil.
The viewing lasted for an hour and 20 minutes. Viewers watched the third and sixth sicha of the farbrengen, together with the niggunim.
The viewing of the Rebbe’s farbrengen was followed by a chassidisher farbrengen with Rabbi Shammai Ende.
