As the Shluchim Office enters its 40th year, a brand new initiative, Party Planned, is launched for Shluchos: a collection of five fully planned and tried-and-tested events, prepared from A to Z.

The upcoming Kinus Hashluchim will mark 40 years since the Rebbe called for the establishment of the Shluchim Office. In an effort to continue growing and expanding the Rebbe’s vision by providing Shluchim and Shluchos with practical tools and resources for their Shlichus, the Shluchim Office is proud to introduce this new resource for Shluchos.

Developed by Mrs. Mirel Heber, Shlucha to Delray Beach, Florida, each Party Planned event was originally created, run, and successfully hosted in her own community. These are not simply event ideas or untested concepts but programs that have been put into practice and proven to engage and inspire. Now, these events are being shared with Shluchos around the world, removing the stress and countless hours of having to plan events from scratch.

Every Party Planned event includes a comprehensive guide with everything needed to bring the program to life, including detailed shopping links, editable flyers and graphics, decor and design instructions, games and activities, learning materials and speeches, menus and recipes, social media tips, and photos from the original event.

With events designed for year-round programming, Party Planned offers a variety of themes and experiences, from Menorahs & Martinis to Shabbat in an Hour.
