The pan kloli on behalf of all the shluchim around their globe was read at the Rebbe’s Ohel on Sunday by Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, Chairman of the International Kinus Hashluchim, accompanied by Rabbi Lipa Brennan and a number of prominent shluchim.
