Members of Nosson’s Shul gathered for an annual event marking the shul’s anniversary and the yartzeit of its namesake Nosson Deitsch A”H, together with a Lag B’Omer celebration.
11 years ago, a group of friends decided to start a shul in Nosson’s memory that would continue his legacy and uphold the values that Nosson personified – genuine love for a fellow Jew and infectious enthusiasm for Torah.
Over the years, the small group has attracted new members and grown steadily into a vibrant, close-knit community. The community has celebrated two hachnasos Sifrei Torah, and boasts a broad range of classes, events and programs for men, women and children of all ages.
During the event, an exciting announcement was made, together with the kickoff of an upcoming Charidy campaign. The campaign will ensure the future growth of the Shul as a vibrant epicenter of the South Crown Heights community.
