More Than 60 Shluchim Sign Up for Monday’s Free Fundraising Workshop

More than 60 shluchim have already registered for Mastering the Inner Game of Fundraising, a free live online workshop exploring the fears, beliefs and patterns that can hold shluchim back from fundraising with confidence.

More than 60 shluchim have already registered for Mastering the Inner Game of Fundraising, a free live online workshop taking place this Monday, Yud-Alef Elul, August 24, at 1:00 PM Eastern.

Most shluchim have heard excellent fundraising advice: Make clear and meaningful asks. Follow up consistently. Build new donor relationships. Create a plan and work it throughout the year.

These strategies matter. The right systems, techniques, and fundraising plan can make a significant difference.

But what happens when someone knows what he should be doing and still finds himself hesitating, overthinking, avoiding important conversations, or making a smaller ask than he knows he should?

At that point, the obstacle may not be a lack of fundraising knowledge. Something deeper may be shaping his actions.

Fear of rejection. Discomfort around money. Self-doubt. The concern that making an ask or following up may appear pushy or damage a relationship.

“Most fundraising advice focuses on what you should do,” said Tzviki Krasnjansky, a fundraising and leadership coach for shluchim and host of the Wisdom from the Field podcast. “But it doesn’t always address the person who has to do it, or the fears, beliefs, and patterns shaping how he shows up.”

This is the central idea behind the upcoming workshop: Fundraising is an expression of leadership, and leadership grows from the inside out.

During the workshop, you will explore:

  • How to recognize the fears, beliefs, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck
  • How to become freer from these patterns so they no longer dictate your actions
  • How to translate that inner shift into practical action and approach fundraising with greater courage, authenticity, and confidence

For shluchim who know what they need to do but still find themselves holding back, this workshop offers an opportunity to address the missing piece and begin acting with greater freedom, clarity, and effectiveness.
