Mashpia Rabbi Fitche Ofen led a Motzei Shabbos farbrengen in Yeshivas Toras Emes in Yerushalayim, where the bochurim are divided up into ‘capsules’ according to Israeli health regulations.
The ‘capsules plan’ involves bochurim and seminary girls dividing into smaller groups and not coming in contact with other groups for the first weeks of yeshiva. Only after the set time passed and the students are confirmed to not have COVID-19, are they allowed to be united with the other students in their yeshiva or seminary.
