Lubavitcher Rabbonim of California called for a gathering of Torah, Tefillah and Tzedaka for the safety and security of the Yidden in Eretz Yisroel.
Held in Moshe Gancz Hall, the gathering included the recital of Tehillim, led by local maggidei shiurim, mashpi’im and rabbis.
It also included addresses by the rabbonim, including Harav Yosef Shusterman, rov of anash and shliach in Beverly Hills; Harav Ezra Schochet, rosh yeshiva of Yeshiva Ohr Elchanan Chabad; and Harav Yisroel Noach Raichik, rov of Congregation Levi Yitzchok, and Rabbi Moshe Kesselman. Rabbi Shlomo Cunin, Head Shliach to the West Coast, also spoke.
Each spoke in their unique style about the horrific tragedy in Eretz Yisroel and the proper way to respond to it. Rabbi Raichik also offered a few practical takeaways suggested by the rabbonim.
