Lubavitch Educational Center (LEC) of Miami announced a new initiative recognizing the dedication of its staff to the chinuch of the next generation. All returning staff members, across the board, will receive a 10% salary increase for the upcoming school year.

In the wake of Gimmel Tammuz, the Lubavitch Educational Center (LEC) of Miami announced an exciting new initiative recognizing the dedication of its staff to the chinuch of the next generation. All returning staff members, across the board, will receive a 10% salary increase for the upcoming school year.
In addition, LEC will now offer two weeks of paid maternity leave to all female staff members.
Dean of LEC, Rabbi Benjy Korf, and Associate Head of School, Rabbi Yossi Zavdi, expressed their deep gratitude to the staff for their outstanding devotion.
“Your devotion to the students and to the mission of LEC is what makes our school the powerful force of chinuch it is today,” they wrote in a letter to the staff. “These initiatives are a small reflection of how much your work is recognized and cherished – by our parent body and by the broader community.”
They also extended heartfelt thanks to the many generous parent donors whose contributions made these initiatives possible.
