Keep the Crown Heights Voting Revolution Going

“We have seen more than a 65% increase in voter turnout amongst Anash in Crown Heights over the last year,” Crown Heights activists write.”We are becoming a voter base whose voice matters to local leaders.”

An Open Letter to the Crown Heights Community from Crown Heights Activists:

Dear Resident,

On Tuesday, November 8th is the election for Governor of New York State.

We have seen more than a 65% increase in voter turnout amongst Anash in Crown Heights over the last year. Thank you to all those who voted in the last election. Each and every vote really matters! This increase in numbers gave our community a stronger voice and made us key players in the outcome of these elections.

We are becoming a voter base whose voice matters to local leaders.

It is well known that we are facing unprecedented challenges to our safety and way of life. It is important that everyone goes out to vote on November 8th.

If you will be out of town then, you can vote early beginning on Sunday, October 30th, through Sunday, November 6th.

The early voting site is usually different than the regular voting site, so please check online at: https://vote.nyc/page/find-your-poll-site

Voting is the only way to ensure that elected officials take our issues seriously.
