A new sefer Torah was dedicated on Sunday in Crown Heights in memory of R’ Shlomo Katz, in honor of his 20th yahrzeit of 28 Kislev.
The new Sefer Torah was completed at 594 Troy Ave, followed with a procession heading to Ulam Chana in Crown Street for Hakafos and dancing.
