Four Shluchim Appointed to Board of Aguch

At a recent meeting of the leadership of Aguch, three shluchim from the United States and one from Israel, were appointed as new members of the Board of Agudas Chasidei Chabad.

At a recent meeting of the leadership of Aguch, three shluchim from the United States and one from Israel were appointed as new members of the Board of Agudas Chasidei Chabad.

The worldwide Agudas Chassidei Chabad under the leadership of the Rebbe, is the central umbrella organization of the Chabad-Lubavitch Chassidic movement, uniting all Chabad Chassidim throughout the world.

The four new members are veteran shluchim who bring with them extensive experience in the fields of chinuch, activism, and shlichus.

The newly appointed members are:

Rabbi Chaim Kaplan, Head Shliach and director of Chabad institutions in Tzfas, Eretz Yisroel.

Rabbi Tzvi Hirsh Altein, director of Vaad Tamidei Hatmimim and shliach to Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

Rabbi Moshe Wolf, shliach to Lincolnwood, Illinois and director of Chabad schools Chicago.

Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Wilhelm, Shliach to Knoxville, Tennessee.

Agudas Chasidei Chabad is the umbrella organization responsible for the policies and initiatives set for the Chabad-Lubavitch movement by the Rebbe. Established in 1940 by the Previous Rebbe, Agudas Chassidei Chabad ensures that the needs will be met as per the Rebbe’s directives in what today are more than 3,000 Chabad institutions around the world, and the Jewish communities and individuals that they serve.
