Flourishing City in Eretz Yisroel Gets New Shluchim

Just one week before the International Kinus Hashluchim is set to begin in New York, Rabbi Menachem Mendel and Sara Chamu have been named as the shluchim to Chatzor HaGlilit, Eretz Yisroel.

Just one week before the International Kinus Hashluchim is set to begin in New York, Chabad in Eretz Yisroel has announced that Rabbi Menachem Mendel and Sara Chamu will be joining the team of shluchim in Chatzor HaGlilit.

Chatzor HaGlilit is a city in the Upper Galilee that has been experiencing a boom in construction, development, and extensive expansion. In recent years, the city has welcomed hundreds of families.

The new Shluchim will join the family of shluchim in the city headed by Rabbi Nissan Mor Yosef, head shliach to Chatzor HaGlilit.

“We are eager to our shlichus to make sure that every Jew in Chatzor HaGlilit has the opportunity to connect to his or her Yiddishkeit,” Rabbi Chamu said.
