The Chabad Center of Northwest New Jersey in Rockaway hosted a remarkable Kinus last week, bringing together Shluchim from across the state for a day of inspiration, learning, and camaraderie. The event began with a Farbrengen led by Rabbi Mendel Lipskier from Sherman Oaks, CA.
The next day, hosted by Rabbi Asher Herson and Rabbi Mordechai Baumgarten, began with a Chassidus Shiur by Rabbi Hertzel Pewsner from Morristown, NJ.
At the Welcome Breakfast, Rabbi Moshe Herson, head Shliach in NJ addressed the Shluchim.
The program continued with a session on Shleimus Haaretz by Rabbi Elkanah Shmotkin from Brooklyn, NY, highlighting the importance of the integrity and wholeness of the Land of Israel. Rabbi Mendel Lipskier then led a session on Chinuch and Hadracha, focusing on the vital areas of education and guidance for nurturing future leaders.
Rabbi Mendel Dubov from Sparta, NJ, spoke on “New Thinking, New Mosdos,” discussing new initiatives for Shlichus.
The Kinus concluded with Mincha, a group picture, and a joyful Lunch BBQ, allowing the Shluchim to connect.
This Kinus was made possible by the Rabbinical College of American and was a powerful testament to the unity and dedication of the Shluchim, who left reinvigorated and ready to continue their holy work in their respective communities.
