Sydney Community Unites In Honor Of Rebbe’s Hilula

The Sydney Chabad community held a full-capacity farbrengen to mark the Rebbe’s 28th Hilula on Gimmel Tammuz with a special guest speaker from New York.

The Sydney Chabad community held a full-capacity farbrengen on Wednesday night to mark the Rebbe’s 28th Hilula on Gimmel Tammuz with a special guest speaker from New York.

The community gathered under the auspices of Rabbi Pinchus Feldman and Chabad NSW in honor of the Rebbe. commemorating the 28th Hilulah

The farbrengen took place at Chabad Double Bay and drew members from across the diverse range of the community.

Special guest speaker Rabbi Yossi Raskin, traveled from New York to inspire those gathered with his message of hope and friendship. Rabbi Raskin started his address based on the theme of recent Hayom Yom’s which speak of Gmilus Chesed and Hashgocha Protis. Rabbi Raskin shared many stories and anecdotes during his talk.

Those present were also moved by the powerful message of the Jem video of the Rebbe, Marching Orders.

The Farbrengen was coordinated by Chabad Youth NSW.
