A teshurah distributed at the Gurkov-Gutnick wedding shines a light on the strong connection the families of the chosson and kallah had with the Rebbeim despite distance and time.
The English Memento includes a biography of the kallah’s zeide, Rabbi Sholom Ber HaCohen Gutnick, a long-time rov in Melbourne and a devoted builder of Torah in that country.
The Hebrew Teshurah contains letters of the Frierdiker Rebbe and the Rebbe to the chosson’s zeide and elter zeide from the Gurkov side, the kallah’s zeide, Rabbi Sholom Ber Gutnick, as well as a biography of Reb Leizer Chacharsker, another elter zeide of the chosson.
