Shterna Sarah Tevel, 69, AH

Shterna Sarah Tevel, a longtime Crown Heights resident, passed away suddenly on Erev Shabbos, 28 Tishrei.

She was 69 years old.

She was very connected to the Rebbe and all his mivtzoim and teachings, and always attended the Rebbe’s shul at 770. She was a spiritual mentor and guide for many women and girls, with a good heart, always lending a helping hand and sensitive to others in need.

She was very dedicated to her parents’ health and well-being, caring for them with devotion.

She is survived by her brother, R’ Pinchos Tevel, and her nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, R’ Avraham Tevel and Doba Gita Tevel, and her brother, R’ Yossi Tevel.

The levaya will take place on Sunday, Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan, passing by 770 at 1 PM, followed by kevura near the Ohel.
