Shluchim from Germany gathered at the hospital where their colleague, Rabbi Nachum Presman, Shliach in Potsdam, Germany, is hospitalized following a stroke to print a new edition of Tanya and daven for his complete recovery.

Rabbi Presman has served as the shliach to Potsdam since 1996, founding a Chabad House, school and kollel, and providing all Jewish needs for the community. On Motzei Shabbos Chanukah of this year, he suffered a sudden stroke, and has been hospitalized since.

His colleagues, who are serving as shluchim across Germany, gathered outside his hospital room on Sunday to daven for his recovery, followed by the printing of a new edition of Tanya. A live stream connected the shluchim to the Rebbe’s Ohel, where a number of individuals had gathered as well to daven for Rabbi Presman’s recovery.

Following the printing of the Tanya, the shluchim gathered in a nearby hall for a kinus hisorerus and farbrengen, where they shared words of inspiration and said l’chaim in the merit of Rabbi Presman’s speedy recovery.
