Camp Gan Israel in the Poconos’ directors Gershon and Devorah Sandler organize Fall and Spring programs with Gan Israel Retreat (GIR) in the Poconos, as well as beautifully catered Yomim Tovim throughout the year.

Enjoy Shabbos and Shavuos, this year a three-day Yom Tov, surrounded by stunning blooming trees and flowers, and a beautiful waterfall on majestic grounds.

Directors Gershon and Devorah Sandler are looking forward to greeting you and your family at their 5th annual Shavuos program.

Due to the 3-day Yom Tov, the program will span five days, from the afternoon of Friday, June 7 through the morning of Tuesday, June 11.

Scholars-in-Residence for the Shavuos Program will be renowned lecturers Rabbi Yisrael and Shifra Aviva Deren, Regional Director for Chabad Lubavitch in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

The program, which sold out each year, has done major facility upgrades since last Shavuos. These include heating and cooling systems and a brand-new Rainbow House which will host the daily children’s programs.

Program highlights include:
