Preschool Directors on Shlichus were empowered and recharged at the Chabad Early Childhood three-day retreat in Los Angeles, California.

The annual retreat is a much-anticipated highlight for these Shluchos to connect, relax, and grow, gaining from hands-on workshops, Farbrengens, and group discussions.

“It was so clear how much was put into it, the attention to detail and perfectly planned program,” wrote Mrs. Geula Dalfin from Los Angeles, California. “It was so nice to meet so many preschool directors on Shlichus, thank you for an incredible retreat!”

The many highlights included an eye-opening and thought-provoking session with keynote speaker Kevin Walsh. Kevin shared his strategy in having a powerful mindset and creating change through your circle of influence.

The highly awaited art workshops were a chance for the Shluchos to experience a variety of art mediums that foster expression in the classroom, encouraging teamwork and providing a sensory experience that is engaging to young children.

“It was an honor to treat the Rebbe’s Shluchos to a much-needed break,” said Mrs. Rivky Baitelman, director of Chabad Early Childhood. “We look forward to continuing to support them in their preschool Shlichus.”
