A new group of Talmidim Hashluchim arrived in Panama, to join the Yeshiva Gedolah and strengthen Panama’s vibrant and growing Jewish community. They were received with joyous dancing and a community wide-farbrengen.
A new group of Talmidim Hashluchim arrived in Panama, to join the Yeshiva Gedolah – Kolel Torah Panama, headed by Rosh Kolel Rabbi Menachem M. Shuchat.
The new Shluchim coming from Oholei Torah are Mendel Kamman, Mendel Refson, Zalman Morozov, Yossi Rosenblum, Mendel Cohen & Mendel Minkowitz are joining the existing group of Shluchim Koby Berkowitz, Yaakov Sudakevich, Levi Azimov, Yossi Erentrei, Shmuel Fried, Shua Katzman & Moshe Labkovsky. Joining the new group is mashpia Sholom Shapiro.
A series of events to welcome the shluchim took place this past weekend, including a grand welcome at the airport, and farbrengen with the community and special guest mashpia Reb Osher Farkash of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
