MTA Bus Rams into Building on Eastern Parkway

A major collision took place at the intersection of Eastern Parkway and Kingston when an MTA bus slammed into a commercial van and then into Bank of America.

A major collision took place in Crown Heights Tuesday morning involving an MTA bus and a commercial van.

The crash took place at the intersection of Eastern Parkway and Kingston Ave when a city bus driving up Kingston Ave slammed into a commercial van driving in the service lane on Eastern Parkway, flipping the van onto its side.

The city bus then plowed ahead, crashing into the Bank of America branch on the corner of Eastern Parkway and Kingston Ave.

Crown Heights Hatzala and FDNY responded to the accident. At least one victim was transported to the hospital by the FDNY.

The accident did not halt traffic on Eastern Parkway.
