Mrs. Sora Rosen, a beloved mother and grandmother in Crown Heights who served as a psychotherapist, passed away on Shabbos Parshas Bamidbar, 4 Sivan 5781.
Mrs. Sora Rosen, a beloved mother and grandmother in Crown Heights, passed away on Shabbos Parshas Bamidbar, 4 Sivan 5781.
She was 74 years old.
Mrs. Rosen was a woman of Yiras Shamayim, Ahavas Yisrael and tremendous grit. She was one of the first Baalei Teshuva living in the neighborhood. She was a brilliant psychotherapist who was highly accomplished academically and professionally.
She is survived by her husband Rabbi Yisroel Rosen and children; Esther Malka, Baila, Yehoshua, Yankel, Levi, Nechami, Menachie, Chani, Rochie, and grandchildren.
She is also survived by her siblings, Yossi Goldberg of Toronto and Lea Cattan of Crown Heights.
