I am sure R’ Shmuel Yacov was watching with great Simcha. The Fincks are a wonderful family, and the Kovod they display for R’ Shmuel Yacov could not be summed up any better than by this gorgeous Hachnosas Sefer Torah. May R’ Shmuel Yacov continue to receive much Nachas from all of the Fincks!
