Hundreds of Chassidim gathered at the Ohel Monday night for a farbrengen marking Chof Beis Shevat, the yahrzeit-hilula of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneerson, wife of the Rebbe.
Rabbi Leibel Korf, shliach in Los Angeles, California spoke about the sense of closeness the bochurim felt to the Rebbe in the months and years following Chof Beis Shevat. He described the eagerness the bochurim felt for every new mivtza and every new sicha from the Rebbe.
Rabbi Yossi Lew, shliach to Peachtree City, Georgia spoke about the Rebbetzin’s dedication to the Rebbe and shared some personal encounters he was zoche to have with the Rebbetzin as a child.
