R’ Leib Skoblo, a Crown Heights father and activist who led the Crown Heights Shmira Patrol organization, passed away on Monday 15 Cheshvan, 5784.
The event is taking place at Beis Gimpel Chaim-Shmuel Leib – 309 New York Avenue.
