The Lubavitcher community of Houston, Texas, and local shluchim gathered on Sunday night for a Yud Tes Kislev farbrengen, held outdoors with social distancing in full compliance with local and federal health regulations.
The farbrengen was led by guest speaker Rabbi Chaim Block, shliach to S. Antonio, Texas. The children also enjoyed their own program with a rally, stories and the 12 pessukim.
The community even managed to have the traditional Yud Tes Kislev seudah. Individually packaged containers were given to each participant, and even l’chaim was given in individual bottles.
Following the formal farbrengen, Rabbi Block continued to farbreng for a smaller group, continuing late into the night.
