A media campaign in Yiddish and English by anash in Boro Park, Flatbush, and Monsey encourages locals to bring small children to shul to hear the Aseres Hadibros, with special krios arranged in various community shuls.
As is known, the Rebbe encouraged to ensure that all children, even babies, are present for the giving of the Torah which takes place every year at the reading of the Aseres Hadibros.
