Free Tool Lets Anyone Build a Custom Jewish Calendar

A new free Jewish calendar generator gives users an easy way to create a customized calendar without needing graphic design software or professional design experience.

Users can choose the calendar year and format, including a Jewish year beginning in Tishrei or Adar, or a standard January through December calendar. The generator can automatically detect a location or allow users to select one manually, with the appropriate zmanim then added to the calendar.

A wide range of Jewish calendar information can be included, among them the weekly parsha, Chitas, Daf Yomi, fast days, Yemei dePagra, Chabad calendar dates and various minhagim. Users can also choose between different zmanim methods and display calendar information and labels in Hebrew.

The calendar can be customized with preset or personal color themes, and photos can be added to create a photo calendar. Additional pages can also be inserted between months with their own text, title or image.

The tool can be especially useful for shluchim and mosdos looking to quickly prepare a customized local calendar.

Completed calendars can be printed directly or exported as CSV or iCalendar files. The generator also supports offline use and can be self-hosted.
