Chabad Young Professionals Director Rabbi Beryl Frankel was filming a promo video for ‘Met at Chabad’, when the filming crew found a reason to celebrate…

The filming was taking place at Sweet Expressions in Crown Heights, the iconic sweets shop just a block away from 770. The film would highlight the upcoming activities of Met@Chabad, which brings the classic shidduch system to Chabad House worldwide, helping them match up young Jewish men and women.

While filming, Rabbi Frankel discovered that Brett, the lead actor, was Jewish. Not only that, he had never put on Tefillin before!

He immediately got out his pair of tefillin and wrapped Brett up, and together, the crew and the staff broke into a joyous dance, celebrating his bar mitzvah.
