Rabbi Yitzchak Hanoka, a senior coordinator at the OK Kosher Certification, made a stop at the Mesivta Of Coral Springs this week to speak to the bochrim about kashrus.
Among the topics he discussed where what to look out for when choosing the a hashgacha, and areas in which Lubavitcher Chassidim are more careful. Rabbi Hanoka also shared some interesting experiences he had over the years in his role in OK Kosher.
“I really enjoyed and learned a lot about kashrus, things that I never knew before,” one of the bochurim said. “I know know which details to look out for and products to stay away from.”
