Author Dovid Zaklikowsky will deliver a talk this Sunday in Brooklyn Heights on his fascinating new book, Dear Rebbe.
On Sunday, June 30, author Dovid Zaklikowsky will give a round-table talk on his new book, Dear Rebbe. The book explores the Rebbe’s relationship with several iconic figures, and his efforts to persuade them to live a more active Jewish life.
Zaklikowsky will intersperse his lecture with stories of the Rebbe’s interactions with two famous personalities, sculptor Jacques Lipchitz, and tenor Jan Peerce. The program, to which admission is free, will take place at Congregation Bnai Avraham and will include brunch and a book signing.
