All Bochurim planning on joining the historic 120 Mitzvah tank parade, happening this Tuesday 11 Nissan 10:15 AM must fill out the form below before Sunday 9 Nissan 10:00pm EST.
This form is also needed for the duch of the tens of thousands of Mitzvos throughout the parade.

Filling out this form is not necessarily a guarantee you will be given a spot on a tank.
