Hundreds celebrated the completion of a Sefer Torah written in memory of Nosson Noteh (Noti) Tzfasman AH.
A beautiful Hachnosas Sefer Torah was held in Crown Heights on Sunday, with hundreds joining in the celebration. The Torah was written in memory of Nosson Noteh (Noti) Tzfasman, along with the printing of a special Tanya.
