This Erev Shabbos, members of Crown Heights Hatzalah received another special gift package, organized by appreciative individuals and vendors in the community.

Once again, Hatzalah members in Crown Heights received a token of appreciation this Erev Shabbos, for their hard work and dedication during this challenging period.
Like last Friday, all 65 volunteers were gifted a bottle of wine and flowers, with a special addition this week. A box of delicious chocolates, donated in part by Sweet Expressions, was included in the package.
“It’s thanks to Shmuli and Mimi Kopfstein, who made this happen,” Mendy Eber of Eber’s Liquor & Wine told Anash.org. “Thank you Hatzalah for being there for everyone continuously!” Eber has supplied the wine for this endeavor.
“We delivered 65 boxes of chocolates to Chanie Greenbaum who made the packages and flower arrangements,” Mendel Jacobson, manager of Sweet Expressions, told Anash.org, “we gave a heavily discounted price on the chocolates, to show our appreciation for the hardworking Hatzala members and their families.”
Chanie Greenbaum of Chanie Greenbaum Events has been heavily involved, providing the flowers, organizing and delivering.
Hopefully, the volunteers were able to enjoy their treats before having to run to yet another emergency. Because for these dedicated individuals, Shabbos isn’t necessarily a time for rest.
