Arriving from all around the world, Young Shluchim began their kinus with a tour of 770, followed by visiting Kingston Avenue shops before preparing for a beautiful Shabbos together. 

Many hundreds of shluchim from around the globe spent Shabbos of Kinus Hashluchim at the Rebbe’s Ohel, davening, learning, and farbrenging with fellow shluchim throughout the entire 24 hours.

In a first for the Kinus, the Shlichus Expo includes an array of programs being showcased by Merkos 302’s various departments. Now, the Expo is expanding its reach by opening its doors to the Crown Heights community, including local schoolchildren, giving them a unique opportunity to connect to the Kinus experience.

On Friday morning, thousands of Shluchim representing Jewish communities worldwide, traveled to the Ohel to daven for success in their Shlichus and safety for Jews worldwide and especially Eretz Yisroel.

The Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim kicked off this morning with a brand-new, uplifting theme song, “Near and Dear,” set to the tune of the niggun Al Hasela. The song, composed by Levi Shemtov and Rabbi Shneur Zalman Minkowitz, features heartfelt vocals by Eli Marcus.

Amid a year filled with challenges for the global Jewish community, the opening session of the Kinus Hashluchim, held last night at the Bedford Armory, began by commemorating the 50th anniversary of the transformative Mivtzoim campaign, embodying the Rebbe’s vision of a resilient and purposeful response to challenges.

On Thursday, shluchim gathered today at Oholei Torah for the annual Shluchim Resource Fair, where they were introduced to a wide range of services and products designed to support and enhance their Shlichus.

Classmates and staff of the Nigri International Shluchim Online School who usually only connect through a computer, were excited to meet each other face-to-face in Crown Heights for an annual reunion and Day of Celebration. 

Just days after the murder of a shliach in the UAE, thousands of shluchim gather in New York to strengthen themselves near the Rebbe. This year is also the first Kinus Hashluchim without the presence of its unforgettable chairman, Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky AH.

Shluchim from over 100 countries are converging in Crown Heights, immersing themselves in a network of shared connection and purpose as they greet their colleagues from around the globe.
