A Tribute to the Unforgettable Kinus Hashluchim Chairman

In tribute to Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, who spearheaded the Kinus for the last four decades and dedicated his life to actualizing the Rebbe’s vision, a special video presentation highlighting pivotal moments in his life was played at the Kinus, followed by reflections by his son, Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky.
