Searches are continuing in northern Eretz Yisroel for Katriel Nachman Keinan, a 24-year-old Chabad bochur who has been missing since Monday, Chof Zayin Menachem Av.

Keinan was last confirmed to have been seen at approximately 6:00 PM near Gai Beach in Tiveria. According to information released during the search, he was believed to have been traveling toward Tzfas, but his whereabouts since then remain unknown.

Search efforts have focused on Tiveria and other areas of northern Eretz Yisroel. Volunteers from Yedidim, ZAKA, YAKAL and additional search organizations have joined the effort, working alongside authorities and family members.

The searches continued throughout Shabbos based on various indications and possible leads in the area. As of Motzei Shabbos, however, no confirmed new information regarding Keinan’s whereabouts had been reported.

Keinan was carrying a black backpack and a dark brown tefillin bag when he was last seen.

Family members and search teams are continuing their efforts to determine where he may have gone after leaving the Tiveria area.
