Rabbi Eli Tenenbaum, who served as a dedicated magid shiur at Oholei Torah Mesivta for over 5 decades, passed away. Levaya will be held on Sunday at 12:00 PM. 

Rabbi Eli Tenenbaum, who served as a dedicated magid shiur at Oholei Torah Mesivta for over 5 decades, passed away.

He was 76 years old.

For over 50 years, Rabbi Tenenbaum served as a maggid shiur in Oholei Torah Mesivta, educating generations of students to love Torah.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Chaya Sara Tenenebam and their children Levy Tenenbaum – Melbourne, Australia; Shlomie Tenenbaum – Crown Heights; Seema Tenenbaum – Crown Heights; Rochel Leah Banon – Crown Heights; and Dovid Tenenbaum – S. Monica, California.

The levaya will be held today, Sunday, passing by 770 at 12:00 PM PM, continuing on to Oholei Torah Mesivta at 417 Troy Avenue, and kevura at Old Montefiore Cemetery.

The Tenenbaum family will be sitting shiva after the passing of Rebbi Eli Tenenbaum OB”M at their home at 689 Montgomery Street in Crown Heights.
