Rabbi David Zaoui, a Chabad activist in the Neuilly-sur-Seine suburb of Paris who brought hundreds back to Yiddishkeit, passed away on Monday, 5 Shvat, after suffering a heart attack.

Rabbi David Zaoui, a Chabad activist in the the Neuilly-sur-Seine suburb of Paris who brought hundreds back to Yiddishkeit, passed away on Monday, 5 Shvat.

He was 52, and passed away suddenly after suffering a heart attack.

Rabbi Zaoui ran Chabad activities in the Neuilly-sur-Seine suburb of Paris, and was constantly involved in mivtzoim and events to bring Yidden closer to Yiddishkeit. During the decades that he lived there, he brought many hundreds of Yidden back to Yiddishkeit.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Yael Zaoui and their children.
