R’ Aaron Goldsmith, a longtime member of the Lubavitch community in Postville, Iowa who assisted many through his work on the local council, passed away on Tuesday, 18 Tishrei.
Aaron Goldsmith, a longtime resident of Postville, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, the second day of Chol Hamoed Sukkos, 18 Tishrei 5781.
He was 64 years old.
Aaron was the owner of Transfer Master Products Inc., a manufacturer of custom electric hospital beds. He was also very active in communal affairs and served on the local City Council.
He is survived by his five children.
The Levaya took place today in Chicago, IL, Shiva will be after yomtov.
