Photographer Mordechai Lubecki of Paris recently visited Lyon, France, where he toured the city’s extensive network of Lubavitch mosdos, documenting the vibrant Jewish life and community infrastructure established by the Rebbe’s shluchim.
The visit included the Chabad House, mikvaos, Lubavitch school, Camp Gan Yisroel, Judaica store, kosher grocery, pizzeria, bakery, and a Holocaust memorial.
The institutions provide the local Jewish community with a wide range of educational, religious, and everyday services, helping strengthen Jewish life and preserve Yiddishkeit for future generations.
Among those involved in the institutions are Rabbi Shmuel Gurevitch, director, Rabbi Menachem Nemanov, Rabbi Sholom Gurevitch, and Rabbi Sender Gurevitch.
