One Chossid’s Vision Continues to Illuminate Hundreds
More than sixty years ago, Rabbi Meir Roness ע”ה answered the Rebbe’s call to spread the wellsprings of Chassidus. Today, through Keren Meir, that mission continues—and the community is once again invited to be a part of it.
More than sixty years ago, still as a bochur in 5722 (1962), Reb Meir Roness ע”ה dedicated himself to a simple but powerful mission: ensuring that every Yid seeking the teachings of Chassidus would have access to a teacher, a chavrusa, or the resources to learn.
His quiet dedication touched thousands of lives and inspired generations through his unwavering commitment to the Rebbe’s vision of Hafatzas HaMaayanos.
To continue that legacy, Keren Meir was established in 5775 in his memory. Since then, the organization has sponsored thousands of shiurim, chavrusos, and farbrengens, helping Yidden strengthen their connection to Torah, Chassidus, and the Rebbe.
This week, Keren Meir launched its annual campaign with a goal of $50,000 to help expand this vital work.
As part of the campaign, participants will also be entered into a raffle to win two round-trip tickets to Eretz Yisroel along with a luxurious weekend stay at the Waldorf Astoria Yerushalayim.
“Every contribution helps another shiur take place, another chavrusa begin, and another Yid discover the warmth and depth of Chassidus,” said Rabbi Yisroel Botnick, administrator of Keren Meir.
In merit of this Mitzvah, may you, amongst all of Klal Yisroel, be benched with a Kesivah V’Chasimah Tovah, L’Shana Tova Umesukah with Moshiach NOW!!
