A shloshim memorial gathering for R’ Shloime Drimmer was held in Crown Heights, addressed by family and friends. His sons announced a number of initiatives in his memory.

The shloshim, held on Thursday night in the Rubashkin Residence, marked thirty days since the passing of R’ Shloime Drimmer, owner of AB Drimmers Home Appliances in Brooklyn. He was known as an extraordinary baal chessed who helped countless individuals, schools and mosdos. He was also loved learning Torah and had a special koch in seforim.

Addressing the shloshim were Levi Drimmer and Avrohom Drimmer, who both made siyumim on Mishnayos in memory of their father, as well as friends and community members who recalled the generosity of R’ Shloime and his dedication to the Rebbe’s causes.

Levi Drimmer then announced that in honor of the shloshim, the family had distributed $36,500 to mechanchim in Eretz Yisroel. He also announced a number of other projects that the family would be spearheading in their father’s memory.
